Return Policy:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 718-874-0119 or email us at hello@farmsteady.com within 3 days of receipt to be issued a Return Authorization Number. In order for a full refund to be issued, returns must be received within 10 days of RA# issuance, in perfect condition, and with original packaging intact. Please have RA# clearly marked on outside of box. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Upon inspection of returned merchandise, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment less any associated original shipping costs. We recommend inspecting your purchase immediately. If an item is received damaged, please email hello@farmsteady.com within 48 hours of receipt with a photo and/or description of the damage and we will be happy to replace your item at no cost to you.
